Return Policy

TopPickPro provides a 90-day warranty for defective merchandise. Customers may seek a refund, replacement, or exchange for faulty items by submitting a request through our contact portal. We will pay return shipping costs for items our team verifies as defective.

For items without quality issues, exchange requests are accepted within 90 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange this service.

Exceptions: For health and safety reasons, intimate apparel (underwear, socks, bra inserts, shapewear) cannot be returned. However, if these items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will issue a refund or replacement when possible.

All returns must be in new, unused condition as received. Return status updates will be sent via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Rights

TopPickPro may restrict, deny, or reject returns at our discretion if:

  • Customer shows a pattern of excessive returns suggesting “wardrobing”
  • Customer has a history of returning items that are worn, modified, washed, damaged, or incomplete

Order Changes

Orders process automatically within 6 hours of confirmation. For modifications:

  • Cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of order confirmation; late requests may incur charges
  • Size/color changes must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation
  • Modifications requested after 24 hours may not be possible
